Thank you so much for shopping with Oli Moon. Every order means the world to my small business and I always do my best to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery Only

At the moment, Oli Moon delivers within the UK only.

Dispatch Times

All orders are made to order and are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

During busier periods, especially around Christmas, new launches, and seasonal events, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Options

Free Standard Delivery

All orders include free Royal Mail Second Class delivery.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2 to 3 working days.

First Class Upgrade — £2.99

Need your order a little sooner? You can upgrade to Royal Mail First Class delivery at checkout for £2.99.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1 to 2 working days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and can occasionally vary.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, send an email to Hello@olimoonjewellery.com as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to help before your order is dispatched.

Delays & Missing Orders

While I always aim to get orders out quickly, occasional postal delays can happen that are outside of my control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch at Hello@olimoonjewellery.com and I’ll be happy to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so I can resolve things as quickly as possible for you.
